We ship via USPS with heavy-duty Whiplash LP mailers, brand new LP filler pads, and high quality, strong packing tape. All records are shipped outside the jackets with cardboard filler pads. We don’t take special packing requests.
Packages are normally sent out within a few days, sometimes a bit longer as we are small operation.
The best way to check the status of your order is to check the tracking number found in your order confirmation.
We hope you’ll have patience with us as a small business trying to bring you cool releases in spite of the craziness of current shipping practices.
